Residents and businesses have until Thursday, March 25, to participate in the Haverhill Exchange Club’s Hometown Heroes banner program.
The program calls for hanging 24- by 48-inch banners in downtown Haverhill, honoring veterans, active duty, reserve and National Guard members. Banners will be displayed from Memorial Day through Veterans Day and may features family of business name acknowledgements. Following the event, banners may be kept as a keepsake.

On 17 February, following a hearing on “Problems of implementation by Ukraine of the ECHR judgments”, Parliament adopted two Recommendations concerning the execution by Ukraine of ECHR judgments and the reform of the system of execution of domestic judgments.
1 The following three groups of ECHR judgments were identified as main priorities for execution:

A 37-year-old man was airlifted to a Boston hospital for treatment of serious injuries and a 60-year-old Salisbury woman has been charged with drunken driving in connection with the incident just before 5, this afternoon.
According to Haverhill Police, an unidentified motorcyclist and a pickup truck driven by Martha Iannazzo, collided on the onramp from River Street, Routes 110/113, northbound onramp to I-495. Haverhill Police and Fire and Trinity EMS provided emergency aid. The motorcyclist was taken to nearby Westgate Center for to be MedFlighted to Boston, according to a statement from Interim Capt. Meaghan J. Paré.
Forward, a concierge primary care startup, raised $225 million in funding. The San Francisco-based company plans to use the funds to expand to additional markets.
